Why do the training?
Knowledge is only effective when put into action. Nowadays, with just a single click of the mouse we can get access to millions of bites of information. How much has it increased the quality of our life? How much better do we manage our emplyees, cooperate with others? How much more efficient have we become? How much has it improved our relationship with the most important people in our life - at home or at work? The aim of these workshops is to transfer top expertise into more satisfying and effective actions. We take all that is well-known and acknowledged by the theory of management and put it into action, basing on specific cases.

Who is the training for?
These workshops are dedicated for those who have all the necessary knowledge, but have not put it into action yet. They are for people who have tried to do the same things once or twice, but it all turned out as usual... because while applying a certain tool, they suddenly had a thought that "this tool is OK, but it is not going to work out for us...".
These sessions help to travel the road from conscious incompetence to conscious competence in your own, real professional environment, following a specific business model - a model of learning.

What do we do at ACT?
Each of the training participants applies selected models in specific situations, gives and receives feedback, uses his knowledge in practice and acts as an expert who shares his knowledge with others. Shifting perspective (LEP: Leader - Expert - Practitioner), experiencing and planning how to apply a selected part of knowledge, all this brings theory to life, make it more interesting and meaningful.
