Stress at work dicreases your effectiveness; it does not let you rest and maintain cordial relationships with your relatives in your private life. Stress shortens your life, causes diseases, takes away your joy. There are natural systems of fighting with stress in your body. People often unconsciously learn to block them away, cheat or ignore them. The natural balance is disturbed. You lack strength, energy, your life becomes meaningless. The workshops dedicated to dealing with stress will help you gain control over it. They will show you how to make use of its motivating power.

  • Who is it for?

This training is for everyone who feels that they are acting under pressure. It is for everyone who becomes less effective because of stress and who would like to take a calm and objective look at themselves and the situation they are in. It is for people who can feel the negative effect of stress on the bodily level (the physical stress appears whenever you disturb the balance of energy in the working muscles), on the mental level (the mental stress is connected with using up the energy for thinking and concentrating) and the emotional level (the emotional stress concerns wasting energy on fear, anger, or anxiety).
