A soft skills trainer and a pedagogue who specialises in work-related and organisational skills. She has enriched her training background, especially her ability to cooperate with corporate Clients, by means of practice and numerous methodology training sessions she has attended (e.g.“Train the trainer” or coaching workshops). She has also gained substantial experience in working with training groups cooperating with Polish and international NGOs aiming to help the HIV carriers. She was the author of the programme of the "9th International Conference For People Living With HIV/ AIDS” organized by the RES HUMANAE Humanitarian Aid Foundation.
Marzena is currently working as a business trainer and is also actively involved in writing specialised training programmes and managing business projects. She has been running training sessions for ACT corporate clients since the year 2000. Given her extensive experience in conducting psychosocial training sessions and designing and implementing a complex customer care system at a leading telecom company, at ACT she is responsible mainly for running such training sessions as sales techniques, professional customer care, negotiations or team work.
When not working, she enjoys active ways of spending her free time. Her passion is also interior design - especially rustic and eclectic style.
