Not only is this one of the best training sessions I’ve attended, but also one which I’ll be able to use in a practical way in my life.

Teamwork, Bosch-Siemens

We are all very happy with the training session and already can’t wait for the second part :).

Communication and Cooperation, IKEA

I simply loved this training session. The time went mad and was running like there’s no tomorrow. I’d love to practise a bit more with you.

Coaching, Saint Gobain

The training session was really well-prepared - to its tiniest detail, precise, targeted.

Team development, PTK Centertel

A really endearing trainer who can put the message across to the participants in an orderly way.

Effective communication, Nordea

Interesting, educational, developmental, intriguing.

Team-building, Rzeczpospolita

For me, the usefulness of the training session, the way it was run in, the trainer was simply amazing!

NLP Application in Business, Warsaw City Council

The training session was unbelivable, unpredictable, full of surprises and the one that can’t really be compared to anything else I’ve been through before.

Team-building, EGB Investments

Creative, stimulating, developmental! Thank you for being so professional.

Management training session, Saint Gobain

Methodology

GOSS - Goal-Oriented Soft Skills is a new training methodology, combining desirable training results with a systematic approach to a person's role in an organization.

All ACT trainings are based on specific, practical aims based on the client's needs as revealed through the needs analysis. We find the exact skills that give rise to behaviours, enabling participants to achieve the best possible results with a minimal level of investment.

We train in accordance with the principles of learning and development of adults, passing on high quality knowledge through the medium of experience, taking care to ensure that we create a friendly, cheerful and safe atmosphere during our trainings.

It's difficult to describe the experience in words. You simply have to experience it.

Changes start from the head.

What is happening?

  • Experience (Situation, Symptoms, Difficulties)
  • What do I want?
  • Aspirations (Goals, Intentions, Desires)
  • What can I do in this Situation?
  • Ideas (Means, Options, Possibilities, Opportunities)
  • Action
  • Do It Now (What to do?, How often?, When?, How do I know when I'm done?)
  • What did I gain?
  • Results (Effects, Conclusions, Results)
  • Success,
  • Modify the Goal,
  • New Goal
  • Feedback: (Observations & Responses, What did I observe?, How can I make use of it?, How to respond?)
