I simply loved this training session. The time went mad and was running like there’s no tomorrow. I’d love to practise a bit more with you.

Coaching, Saint Gobain

A really endearing trainer who can put the message across to the participants in an orderly way.

Effective communication, Nordea

The training session was unbelivable, unpredictable, full of surprises and the one that can’t really be compared to anything else I’ve been through before.

Team-building, EGB Investments

We are all very happy with the training session and already can’t wait for the second part :).

Communication and Cooperation, IKEA

The training session was really well-prepared - to its tiniest detail, precise, targeted.

Team development, PTK Centertel

Not only is this one of the best training sessions I’ve attended, but also one which I’ll be able to use in a practical way in my life.

Teamwork, Bosch-Siemens

For me, the usefulness of the training session, the way it was run in, the trainer was simply amazing!

NLP Application in Business, Warsaw City Council

Interesting, educational, developmental, intriguing.

Team-building, Rzeczpospolita

Creative, stimulating, developmental! Thank you for being so professional.

Management training session, Saint Gobain

Motivating

  • Topic areas

Motivation and self-motivation, setting goals effectively, motivating communication, coaching

  • Why do the training?

To want to want to do things.

Let's allow ourselves to dream, to learn the optimal strategies of creating goals, sustaining interest and acting on an efficient level. Let's enjoy each case of our success and make use of the new possibilities which arise thanks to it in our life.

  • Who is the training for?

For those of us for whom the professional burnout is not just a topic of an article in the newspaper. For people who need to motivate others due to the role they play in their company or organisation. For all those who keep wondering about the meaning of what they do. When coming to work becomes a source of frustration...

  • What do we do at ACT?

We learn how to use the knowledge about the functioning of the brain. How not to sabotage ourselves and make achieving goals easier. We practise applying words that motivate to action. We match actions to values and later on we support the internal motivation using the three basic ways of perceiving time. We recognise our and others' hidden motivation strategies - thanks to which one can maintain their perseverance on the same, steady level.

  • How do we do it?

We look at the examples from our life when we were effective and motivated. We analyse the structure of these actions and learn how to apply it in the areas where we are not so effective yet. We discover our values and define these actions which correspond with them.

We apply such tools as:

  • the levels of change and development by Robert Dilts
  • the basic strategy of motivation
  • ways of building and strengthening our self-esteem
  • metaprogrammes that describe the source and direction of motivation
  • time lines
  • strategies of achieving success
