Zbigniew Kieras

For years he’s been regularly upgrading his knowledge through advanced training with the greatest international authorities in the field of coaching, business and personal development and learning strategies (R. Dilts, J. O’Connor, F. Farelli, R. Bandler, M. Atkinson and others).

A founding partner of ACT Advanced Corporate Training, a specialist training company, where he is responsible for the profile and content of training programs as well as management of the Business Training Department. Previously, the President of The TERRA Association by the University of Warsaw, then Training Director in an American team building company - responsible for introducing and popularizing in the Polish market the Team Building & Team Management programs based on the Experiential Learning principle.

Highly valued by the clients for his extensive knowledge, positive energy and charisma, Zbigniew has almost 20 years of international training experience, mostly with corporate clients for whom he has developed and delivered a few hundreds of training sessions.

He has cooperated with top executives as well as line managers and specialists from different fields, successfully implementing developmental projects in numerous firms and organisations. He specialises in delivering coaching and training programmes in the areas of: communication, motivation, team development, leadership, exerting influence as well as managing business and personal relationships.

As a coach he has run over 2500 hours of coaching, both with individual clients (executive coaching, personal effectiveness coaching) and teams (team coaching, relationship coaching). He is a member of ICF Global, currently in the process of MCC (Master Certified Coach) certification – the highest in the profession (final exam scheduled for January 2012).

He is a founding member of The Coaching Chamber in Poland, a member of the Polish Society of Human Resource Management, Chair of the Examination Committee of the Polish Society of Outdoor Training, as well as a member of the board of the Polish Society of NLP Trainers.

In his free time, his passions are mountains (member of the Tatra mountain rescue group TOPR), and horses.

 

Urszula Sadomska

Coach MCC (Master Certified Coach, ICF), licensed NLP Trainer (H.M. Walbrot, NLP Neuroedukacja).

Completed a number of advanced training programs by: Robert Dilts, Joseph O'Connor, Frank Farrelly, Herman Muller Walbrodt, Christina Hall, Susan Smith, Richard Bolstad, Kristine Alex and others.  

Urszula has been the first ICF MCC qualified coach in Poland. She is very active in professional organizations (ICF Poland, The Polish Chamber of Coaching) as well as constantly up-grading her knowledge

She has hands-on experience in business, for more than dozen years she was gaining corporate experience as Financial and Administrative Director, where she supported her staff in their way towards success and self-realization.

The Clients value her warm attitude and a coaching style which is full of kindness and humour, being outright effective at the same time. She believes her role is to accompany people in their development. Coaching has become her life passion and supporting others in their personal development, executives in their leadership and integrity - her life mission.

Urszula has been working for ACT as Coach since 2007, running executive and business coaching for corporate clients.

 

Włodzimierz Włodarski

Coach (ICC, J. O’Connor, Lambent do Brasil), licensed NLP Trainer, IANLP international trainer, assisting professor at the University of Warsaw and Uczelnia Warszawska, where he specializes in HR Management, self-management, coaching, communication in conflict situations. He’s the author of numerous publications in this field.

Wlodzimierz is a graduate of specialized Train the Trainer courses, such as Success Factors Modeling (R. Dilts), Mental Warrior (H. Muller-Walbrodt), Modeling and Business Strategies (R.Klaus), Meta Leadership (R. Dilts), Transforming Communication (R. Bolstad) and others.

He teaches coaching methodology as well as runs coaching sessions for representatives of many companies and institutions - both in the form of one-to-one sessions and with teams. Concurrently,  he supports individual persons in their strive towards achieving their full potential in business and - in life. Wlodzimierz has been working for ACT since 2003 as Trainer and Coach, especially in the executive coaching area.

As a personal and business development trainer he concentrates on psychological aspects of leadership, business psychology and human capital development.

He has got practical managerial experience as Program Director in Fundacja Inicjatyw Społeczno-Ekonomicznych and in BTM Leaders S.A.  

His Clients respect him for his positive personality and extensive experience.

 

Magdalena Sofulak -Skibińska

Magdalena Sofulak-Skibińska 

Coach (Graduate of The Art and Science of Coaching ICF certification program, Erickson Coaching International, Canada), Personal Development Trainer, psychologist and educator. For over four years Magda has conducted training for ACT’s corporate clients as well as personal and executive coaching (including EU project Academy of Management Skills based on NLP methodology).

Apart from working in ACT Magda cooperates with non-governmental organisations. She constantly develops her coaching and training abilities during specialised training provided by the Polish Milton H. Erickson Institute.

She specializes in training, consulting and coaching related to psychosocial skills, such as communication, relations, stress management and prevention of professional burnout. Clients consider Magda as a knowledgeable and warm person. They appreciate her empathy, individual approach and expert training skills.

Privately, Magda takes an interest in painting and architecture, especially from Art Nouveau and Expressionism period.

 

Martyna Skubacz

Martyna Gralewska

Coach (Graduate of The Art and Science of Coaching  in Erickson Coaching International), member of ICF Poland. She specializes in management coaching for people who have technical education, but their job requires human resources management. Clients prize her on her ability to adjust flexibly to their individual needs and appreciate her sense of humour.


She started developing her communication skills and gained her initial experience in working with people during her studies of Journalism and Social Communication. At the moment she is expanding her knowledge of Psychology at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. Moreover, she keeps developing her professional skills by means of continuous training (“Coaching and provocative therapy” by F.Farelly, “The Hero’s Journey” by S. Gilligan, R. Dilts).


Earlier Martyna had cooperated with ACT as a Business Training Specialist and was responsible for organization of soft skills training sessions, preparing and co-running training programmes and  taking care of client relations.
