  • Why do the training?

To learn how to prepare a presentation that will be memorable to the audience. To learn how to deliver a presentation so that we are remembered as a competent speaker. To feel confident and to maintain a useful level of adrenaline, concentration and sense of humour.

  • Who is the training for?

This workshop is meant for people who deliver public speeches in front of the audience ranging from a few to a few hundreds of participants. You will find it useful if:

  • you happen to take tranquilisers before a presentations
  • you are stressed out and tend to worry about all the different mistakes that you can make during a presentation
  • the number of slides that you would like to present is much higher than the number of minutes at your disposal
  • having received some questions from the public, your mind sometimes "goes blank" or you start to answer three questions at the same time.

 

  • What will we do at ACT?

We will guide you through the path starting from building your self-confidence and leading you to applying practical skills needed to deliver a successful presentation. Together, we will take a look at the different aspects of giving presentations and will choose effective tools to match your specific needs.

You will learn how to structure presentations and deliver them in speech using such tools as:

  • the resourceful states
  • adjusting the tone of your voice and maintaining the rhythm of speech
  • four rules of rhetoric
  • the ability to design a slide - the font, the text, the picture, the graphs
