How do we do it at ACT?
Training sessions and team integration outings create an opportunity to have fun, relax and change beliefs about what is possible for the team and what is not. They prove to be useful tools for breaking individual or group barriers, experiencing synergy and enjoying cooperation.
Integration programmes are full of pleasant surprises. For some participants, it is the new knowledge, the support and understanding they unexpectedly receive from their colleagues, for others it is the different new perspective from which they can look at the people whom they had so far only associated with one particular role in the company. We learn to manage positive emotions together.
We begin by setting the goals of the outing, confirming readiness to take responsibility for specific results; we think together what will be the most helpful and useful for the people in the company.
