A really endearing trainer who can put the message across to the participants in an orderly way.
Effective communication, Nordea
Not only is this one of the best training sessions I’ve attended, but also one which I’ll be able to use in a practical way in my life.

The training session was really well-prepared - to its tiniest detail, precise, targeted.

I simply loved this training session. The time went mad and was running like there’s no tomorrow. I’d love to practise a bit more with you.

Why do the training?
To work better together, to work more effectively and to get more satisfaction from work.
-
Who is the training for?
Those of us who have been in one or more of the following professional situations:
- within half a year more than 20% of the team you work in has been changed
- new key people have been introduced to your company - a new superior, or his deputy
- internal promotion has taken place within your company and the same person appears in a new professional role
- your company's scope of activity has changed
- there has been a merger or a takeover in your company
- it is time for your company to change the old corporate culture and together work out a new one
-
When?
When during the meeting within your team you hear:
"This is not going to work out, it's a stupid idea, you'd better stay quiet, you've already had your five minutes; why are we sitting here at all? does anybody know what is going on?"
And you'd rather hear:
"What do we exactly want? How can we do it? Who? When? How exactly? What else can be done? What happens next? It's good that you should say that.."

What do we do at ACT?
We develop the skill of asking the right kind of questions in the right moment. Questions are important. The effectiveness of, satisfaction from and quality of cooperation depends on the answers.
We are not a company that believes in quick fixes and that would do exactly as told in case somebody came to us and asked: "something's wrong with one of my employees, please, repair him". Instead, we prefer to offer systemic experiences and solutions that have been created together, in an elegant and consistent manner. The training participants are given the chance to observe relations within a team from a different, broader perspective. They learn how to solve problems together like partners. They pass on useful pieces of information in a practical way. They look at tasks which they then do in a wider context: of a department, a company, or the clients.

How do we do it?
The main strength of the training lies in the fact that not only does it teach you how to make use of it, but also it turns the learnt theory into business practice. It makes it possible for you to apply the knowledge acquired during the training session right away, and it will also give you an opportunity to plan its practical application in the future.
The tools used in training: working with specific cases, role plays, interactive and dynamic games, the model of learning through experience, the Kolb's model, group coaching, the areas of team development by John Adair, the model of the team development by Drexler- Sibbet, the seven-fold model of solving problems.
